How to Return or Exchange an Item on Vibcare

Quick Answer
You may be able to return or exchange your order only in special circumstances depending on the company’s policies. To request a return or exchange, you need to contact us.
If you need to return or exchange your order, contact your Customer Sales Representative as he is the best person to help you.
Vibcare Pharma allows return or exchange of orders only in the following circumstances:

  1. You have received damaged goods. In such a scenario you are requested to raise a complaint or contact us within 24 hours of delivery of shipment. Our team shall assess and reimburse for the damage accordingly.
  2. You have received defective goods. In such a scenario you are requested to raise a complaint or contact us immediately. Our team shall assess and recall the defective goods immediately.

If Vibcare Pharma chooses to accept the return, be sure to keep in mind the following details before returning the item:

  1. Where you should send the return – Vibcare Pharma Pvt Ltd, Plot No. 4, HSIIDC IT Park, Sector 22, Panchkula, Haryana
  2. What time frame should the return be sent in – The return items should be sent in 7 days from the date of acceptance
  3. Who will be responsible for the cost of return shipping – Vibcare Pharma shall be responsible for such goods return
  4. What shipping method to use – You are requested to use Transporter Carriers as preferred shipping method to send return goods. Your customer sales representative can advise for suitable shipping methods in special scenarios.
